Waste to value - dry process

The single-purpose patented processing technology is designed for the processing or upcycling of post-consu- mer or post-industrial municipal waste and its transformation into a new final product in the form of flat structural boards, which are an alternative to existing OSB / MDF / CETRIS etc.

The processing technology consists of a set of specific mechanical and electrical equipment and a control system, these elements are optimised for the given production process by their character, mechanical and other properties.

  • Inputs: Chemical pulp / pulp, PE-LD – polyethylene and/or PE-HD – polyethylene, PET – polyethylene terephthalate, PA – polyamide, POM – polyacetal, PP – polypropylene, Wood fibre material, Other solid admixtures. Attention! Waste must not contain PVC, EPS and heavy metals.
  • Outputs: Fire-protective walls, noice-reduction walls, moisture-resistant walls, standard indoor and outdoor walls.

Tyre recycling

Deep thermic cracking process - thermal depolymerization is used to process (recycle) the used tires. The uniqueness of the device lies in a continuous chemical process that works continuously and the result is the output of the products of the same high quality.

The process of deep thermic cracking takes place in an inert (hydrocarbon) atmosphere without the presence of oxygen, i.e. it is not the combustion of material. Outputs:

  • OIL: The liquid hydrocarbon fraction contains a wide range of hydrocarbons. Liquid products can be used either directly as fuels or for supply into the petroleum refinery as valuable petrochemical raw materials. The combustion heat of the pyrolytic liquid has a value of 40-43 MJ.kg-1
  • CARBON: It is a solid material (pyrocarbon, soots, coke). The obtained cacrbon has a combustion heat of 28 - 30 MJ.kg-1. It can be used in power engineering as an excellent solid fuel. After valorisation, it can be used as Carbon Black in rubber products.
  • STEEL: DRON Steel cords (DSC) - Steel cords have incomparably better properties than those from traditional mechanical processing of worn tires. They do not have unwanted fibres, they have a higher loose bulking density, they can be excellently compressed and finally they do not contain gum residues.
  • GAS: consist mainly of hydrogen, light hydrocarbons (C1-C5). The combustion heat of the gas from used tires ranges from 35 to 42 MJ.m-3 and thanks to its high calorific value it is successfully used for reactor heating. Any excess gas may be used to heat other processes for product valorisation (drying, filtration, distillation, etc.)
